Property Management Agreements

There are existing Property Management Agreements (PMA) in place that apply to each property in the
portfolio. Under each PMA, the property owner has appointed wholly owned Centro subsidiaries to take on the
property management role, the development management role and the project leasing role.
The following fees apply under the PMA.
• Property Management Fee
• Leasing Fee
• Development Management Fee
