CogState Announces Significant Contractual Agreement with Pfizer
CogState Limited (ASX: CGS) can announce that it has signed a Master Service
Agreement with Pfizer Inc. The Master Service Agreement will provide the contractual
basis for any future use by Pfizer during clinical trials, of CogState’s computerized
cognitive tests.
The Master Service Agreement will reduce time required to document the contractual
terms for any future use of CogState tests by Pfizer.
In addition, CogState has today signed a further agreement with Pfizer, under the Master
Service Agreement, for use of the CogState Diagnostic test in a specific Phase I Clinical
Trial that is being conducted by Pfizer. The Phase I Clinical Trial will provide CogState
with revenue of approximately AUD$60,000 over the coming 2 months.
