I think 6 to 8 years is enough at any club for a senior coach. 12 years etc is way too long.
They all outstay their value once around 8 years imo.
Great career both on and off the field and deserves the accolades. Now if we can just secure Paul Roos then I will at least have got one tip right this season...albeit most likely after season end :)
