    No, not yet. I'm waiting for capitulation in the market and/or confirmation re: Xstrata committing to SBR and/or receiving allocation for WEXP1.

    Any 2 of the above news will in my opinion indicate the future story for many Surat and Bowen basin coal developers. SMR is no doubt cheap now and still cheap 30-40% higher but the risk associated with them all is Xstrata's future plans as I have been saying for sometime on many coal/stock related forums.

    No Xstrata commitment to SBR means no rail transportation to Queensland ports within the timelines of WICET 1 and 2 for many Surat and Bowen basin coal developers.

    I might miss the bottom but I need more certainty in this crappy market.
