I am watching this stock very carefully as far as I can see the acquisition of JACOBS ECR transforms WOR into a truly global services business and suddenly they will be in a dominant position in just about every market they operate in. My guess is that the market will want to see evidence that the transition to the new business has been successful before it gives it the credit for the transaction. Maybe that takes 6 months but expect this share to start moving upwards on the back on any positive news and my calculations values the combined business at about $20 based upon current earnings of both entities. DYOR. I will look to get in on any dip.
