Billy .... the voting up / down / sideways really means diddly squat .... who really gives a fig if someone votes a post up or down.
This 'voting system' is, in my opinion, one of the daftest "innovations" of HC Management as it tend to appeal to those who like their egos massaged.
I don't really care if this post gets the thumbs up or the thumbs down ... lol
But ... I wouldn't mind your comment (as per the article in your post) as to the merits or otherwise of WOR
Keep posting Billy ... "thumbs up or down" notwithstanding/
