i dont think it would come to a halt.. i think we've bottomed out now.. and we will just have to wait for prices of commidites i.e. fuel to ease up once this becomes regulated (if it does) by the government and monitored hopefully TOL will boom again, also keeping in mind that VBA has to maintain higher than normal standards across the board. In my view once we break 6.5 - 7 it will gain several % a day... but again thats my view DYOR..
