during the past 24 hrs i have sent emails to various contacts seeking feedback of any nature re NKP.

As I obtain details i will post and share.

Am I disappointed to date? YES

The thought of a JV with Anglo has most likely gone when they said "a deal" and not a JV is being negotiated.

Could there still be a JV with another party? YES

Only once Anglo settles with ARM and NKP.

Could Xstrata re-enter negotiations? YES once Anglo settles the Modikwa dispute.

Bauba Platinum is also waiting to see what transpires. They have been stuck just as long as NKP. The big boys are making us sweat it out. Pathetic situation. While we wait the sp goes down down down. Nothing that Maredi nor Landau can do but negotiate.
