The only thing that NKP has to offer are farms besides platinum in the ground.

I read on the Mining Rights Application lodged in July with the DMR that NKP required the Angloplat's Maandagshoek farm 254KT which borders Garatouw for their tailings and infrastructure as part of the Garatau mine.

Assuming that a JV is not going ahead but NKP still requires the "M" farm maybe a deal would involve the purchase of this farm or a swap for other NKP farms that form part of Garatau and Tubatse projects. NKP has already negotiated farm deals with Xstrata ( Eland) and Pilanesberg, Kliprivier, Ghost Maintain and Tinderbox with Realm Resources.

I guess we will soon know what constititutes a "deal" in terms of settling this long winded dispute.
