Yes but if you look back over 7 years you will find we didn't have a mining license granted, so you can't say nothing has happened.
Granted it is frustrating, but I think this time it is time for action. Will see how this plays out over the coming weeks. Hopefully if I am right, you will be jumping on board for the ride, in the not too distant future.
