The DMR would know ofcourse. But what could they do? They can't deny our mining rights application in anticipation of ARM challenge. Maybe they could have just suspended the review of the application pending ARM action. But what purpose does that serve? At least this way they seem to have applied pressure on both NKP to do a deal and ARM to forge ahead with its 'action'.

It's even debateable what action ARM have taken thus far. The only official word was they 'reserve their right' to take action. Have they actually lodged anything? And who with?

Are they appealing to the DMR? concourt? civil court $$$?

These are such pertinent questions that I can't beleive the ASX listing rules wouldn't demand such material information to be made public.

Sometimes I suspect NKP don't know some of the answers because ARM haven't officially shown their hand. But if that's the case then NKP shouldn't be confident because they also wouldn't have the information needed.

And if they are fully aware of ALL the issues, then please share.

NKP need to do a comprehensive Q&A not a fluffy one.
