No. The interdict is to prevent siteworks. ie we cant do any mining until the case is heard. Similar to what the Beng did when they restricted NKP from drilling. Remember that was kept secret too. So never assume anything.
The likelyhood of an interdict really depends on if the ARM case is against NKP or DMR. If it's only DMR then we can mine away without disruption and DMR will compansate ARM when time comes.
If the case is against us, then obviously preventing us from plundering the resource is important. No point letting us mine for years and eventually win in court only to be given a waiste site.
