I totally agree with what you are saying, that is why the granting of the mining license is SO important in the scheme of things.

The DMR are well aware of the historical facts relating to this dispute and they would not have issued the license without proper due diligence.

I am more than happy to have this dispute with anglo/arm settled amicably, even if it costs us one very lucrative farm "H", however if they still want to have a go at you after that then so be it. Lets get on with developing the mine. I am sure the propective JV partners, investors etc are well versed on this manner and will act accordingly.
