Shabangu recently said something like .... they'll soon know whos the boss?

Its it just me or am i being hopeful/naive? Maybe litigation by ARM is not possible because in fact the DMR are the law? Then any litigation will not drag on for ages it will simply get thrown out.

It seems obvious that arm and co have been a bit lazy in launching their appeals etc.
