And to prove insider trading, he/she would HAVE to trade a nd profit form that info. Given the stock is in a halt your argument is shot ..... yet again.

And as for the TFG and Puntland gov'ts are we talking about the same UN recognised gov'ts? The ones that can't ratify anything? just want to make sure.
