How does this occur? So you take a slurried tail from the rear of the Leech Tanks with a grade of perhaps .2g and put it in the mill? Have you considered that the tail would have a much lower grade than the Mill feed. The advantage here is that by running the mill on preslurried tailings before disposal on the tailings pond we could dispense with the mill as milling would be no longer neccessary.

No mine has the ability to reprocess anything from its circuit. Furthermore it is of no economic advantage to do so.

I suggest that you have a read of basic CIP/CIL Gold recovery circuit. There are some helpfull websites out there. Many children use them to complete school projects.

I think this stresses the importance of the accuracy of the mining plan....................but thats been the problem,hasnt it.
