- However, the key terms bit says "1. WOOJIN to purchase a minimum of 60% of refined vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) from TNG’s TIVAN® plant."
- whereas the introduction says "Long-term off-take deal with WOOJIN encompasses up to 60% of forecast production and pre-production finance".

I think it is just saying that WOOJIN will take at least 60% of the vanadium but there is no guarantee regarding anything else. Nevertheless, I do agree that as it is presented it is a bit difficult to be sure. What it does imply is that they are pretty confident of the TIVAN operations. Also, I am not quite sure what the "pre-production finance" bit is trying to tell us.
