we can easily rule out 40m because obvioulsy they are willing to pay upto 60m and in negotiations it will go up.... I am sure they will negotiate the offer price with lcy before formal offer...I am happy to know that they are prepared to pay upto 60m....lets see who wins in negotiations but its giving me peace of mind that sp wont fall further after announcement from where we are today... ...
