as someone posted before, imagine the ASX issuing a speeding ticket because the sp moved from 3c-3.7c. They are bloody fools. How come they don't issue tickets to hundreds of companies every day that mostly fall on a greater % basis than that?.... and in any event what does it matter anyway, there are no consequences for any company in relation to such notices - it's really all about the ASX covering its backside and has nothing to do with the merits of any company situation whatsoever.
