I got the impression NWE/MIN were using a different rig, the one STX/WGO used for WE2, which means the drill date could conceivably be a lot sooner.. Can anyone shed any light on this? There was mention that there would be multiple rigs operating in the Perth Basin before long.
I'm all for a good BESB but I dont really want to wait until every other bugger in the basin has finished with Rig 970.
As an aside, did anyone notice NWE actually had better leverage to WE2 success than the participants. Temporarily at least!
Its hard to see NWE at these levels pre-drill or in the event of success at WE. Meantime, as my young daughter once said, Patience is a virgin.
