They are only 35% geared or less after raising 1 billion at 90 cents a month ago.
They have 1.3 billion in unused facilities and are ready to take advantage of the distressed nature of the market.
They are only paying distributions out of rent for properties directly owned and management fees from their funds.
They are not paying distributions out of any development profits. They will not develop unless they have a pre committment from a tennant.
