one aspect of this company that has always been annoying is the communcciation with shareholders

Mr Ananda Kathiravelu runs both TRH and PRA and basically avoids taking phone calls

i have only ever spoken to Mr Kathiravelu once, after repeated attempts, when i scolded the receptionist by saying "does he not ever work?"

currently, shareholder communication is being referred to G.A "Ben" Binninger, who is based in the USA

Mr Binninger readily responds to emails but the chat over the phone is certainly difficult
