wording of trading halt

Trading Halt states possible deferement, what do they mean. Also why the run up the last couple of weeks. DMI is up, with a rising +DI, about to break above 200ma. However my EW chart so 3c by mid Dec. Will be interesting to see if a change of directors interest comes out in the next few days. That may point to the way ahead. One thing I must say normally the ones in the know are bailing out well before bad news. Volume has been increasing with the increase in price. however oppies haven't moved in price but they have just gone ITM. Was felling good about this stock, little worried now especially as I topped up with some oppies last week.
