re: a sell Sold my Nabs a while ago after holding since 1995,300% profit.Put my funds in reset preference waiting for interest rate rises,while still getting 8% plus on my money.While interest rates are on the rise sentiment in banks will continue to be poor.All banks will drift lower for much longer until the perception of stable interest rates prevail.I suspect NAB will be able to be bought below $27.00,which is when I will put my money back in again because only then will the dividend return be greater than most reset preference shares,providing of course they were bought at $100 issue price.
