I'm not concerned in the slightest about NAB. I also do extensive research before I enter positions on the market, and always put my money where my mouth is. I have been in this business a long time and have done extremely well. I only post in this forum from time to time as a way of giving back and trying to help those who genuinely seek it.
At this stage I am not concerned about people defaulting on their home loans and I don't think we need to consider that in the immediate future.
As you say, real estate has had a dream run, and most owners are happy. The Australian economy is doing well, and employment is up. I think we should be focusing more on what will happen to US interest rates.
