Good evening and night everybody, this is the Family again. The family is trying to see what Eden has, and where we see it going, and we have discussed this long into this night, fortified by the Jamicca Numba One Extra Spejil and some very chilled bottles of the Red Stripes.
So, in summary, we feel that Eden has:.
1. Optiblend, with potential sales to India for starters, to clear up the air for them Indians and make some money for shareholders. All discussion about motorcars and selling coffee to Ethopia are of no relevance in this discussion. Same goes for sale of coffee to Tibet or any such grandstanding. We, in our turn, will not talk about our sales of Numba One to Ethopia either, though it is home of his Holiness the returned messiah of the Bible, God incarnate Haile Selassie.
2. Edencrete penetration into USA, where much time and money has been spent, and where sales should be taking off soon. However, a lot of money is being spent on sales staff, and perhaps some consideration should be given by the company to reducing this outflow of cash somehow by making payments performance based. After all, the bottom line is ultimately dependent on both the levels of revenue as well as expenses.
It would appear that money for repairs and new infrastructure does seem to be a obstructive issue, especially as the POTUS does not seem to be able to keep his primary focus on any one thing all the time. Comments and discussion around these would be very welcome, hopefully without any derogatory remarks being made about the Board or other members on this site. In short, family looking forward to an adult debate at a very mature level.
3. Edencrete's potential for early and very profitable penetration into Australian Infrastructure is an entirely new and very exciting issue that has been raised, and family feels that this must be given very serious consideration by the company. There are large infrastructure projects already underway with years to completion and there are billions of dollars worth of new projects that are in the pipeline and under planning.
NSW has money to pay for all this by dint of completed massive asset sales and a very willing and compliant Government, and there is money in the kitty for these projects ato be all fully funded. A multitude of very big construction companies are vying for these massive projects (that are taking place within the confines of a relatively small area compared to the projects the company is seeking in the USA) and the focus of these infrastructure construction giants is not only on end costs but also on the quality of the final finished product itself (for international recognition of their workmanship).
Edencrete would appear to fit the bill to achieve these ends by having ease of workability (so less time and money spent on labour and machinery costs) as well as providing an increased durability of the final product (and thus satisfying the customer, the NSW Government of the day). There are new roads to be built, new tunnels, new shotcreting, new entry and exit roads and flyovers, new surrounding buildings and townships (with their attendant pavements and multistoried infrastructures) and a brand new and massive metropolis that will ultimately be bigger than Adelaide, together with a large and most modern new Intenational Airport that could all use and benefit from Edencrete's special properties.
So all those who say thatthe Board of Eden should remain one-tracked in their thoughts and stick to the mantra of USA (and Korea..ha ha, they must be on Billy Jambo’s Black Stripe 51, these poor mantra souls, with no mind and no vision, Lordy Lordy, heaven help them) are seriously missing the point and deluding themselves to boot.
Facts are facts, opportunities are opportunities, and those who will will themselves to not see cannot be made to open their blind eyes, praise be to the Lord.
Timing is everything, timing is sales, sales is revenue, timing is survival and more, and the Good Lord has signalled to Holymagimon that the time for action is now, because the Lord always been saying that there is no time like the present to be harvesting the corn and the Numba One.
Tomorrow, maybe the reaper man be coming, and so, now is now to do what has to be done now, and that, brothers be the God given fact.
