Forgive me but it sounds you have just bought some shares in Senetas and trying to give them a kick start.
A few errors in your post.

"..Safenet, the exclusive distributer of Senatas.."

Senetas has exclusive rights only in US and Europe.Will that transfer to Gemalto, and will they want to is unclear.

"They don't not have a competing supplier to Senatas.."

There are at least 2 competing suppliers to Senetas that I am aware of.
Thales and Certes networks.Both are bigger companies than Senetas

"7 year churn sub 10 cents after high of 80 cents in 2006 - love this type of stock".

The Senetas stock price was wiped out some years ago when Safenet and Senetas parted ways.The shares issued then was a lot lower than the billion today.We are very dependent on Safenet that's for sure.
