ADD Energy are drilling consultants not drillers and from a few phone calls I made here it seems they aren't very active in Indonesia if at all.I spoke to a friend of mine who is a driller this morning and recently he has been in contact with a number of drilling crews here none of whom have had any enquiries that they would acknowledge from QPN.
From my conversation with him about this and drilling costs in general (in Indonesia) I think QPN will need to "partner" with another company in order to finance a drilling campaign.
