It would seem that voting out work choices was a mistake.
Work choices is the best thing that could ever happen in IR.
Unfortunately what Howard ended up giving was LACK of work choices.
We mus have work choices to allow for diversity. Group organized wages may be ok is some areas (enterprize bargaining) but individual agreements should also be permissable under the over hang of an award and a no dissadvantage test.
