I think you lot are too hung up on title rather than concept which is strange within itself.
The best option for workers is choice therefore title is most appropriate.
How would modified work choice be repressive?
You have to think they have learnt their lesson and would ensure a more consultive approach to the structure of any new work place reforms.

It is great to come up with best working conditions in the world but if they are unaffordable what happens?

How many cars and plazma,lcd colour TV's do people have these days regardless of income. How many pc's.
