I think you lot are too hung up on title rather than concept which is strange within itself.
The best option for workers is choice therefore title is most appropriate. How would modified work choice be repressive? You have to think they have learnt their lesson and would ensure a more consultive approach to the structure of any new work place reforms.

The upper echalon has become greedy and selfish but I think it is only the amount of money and not attitude that seperates them from the rank and file.
How many cars and plazma,lcd colour TV's do people have these days regardless of income. How many pc's. How many people have houses with more bedrooms than people?
