Employment conditions is not simply about wages.
Think about it...is all you worked for was the base dollar?
I could rattle off a dozen conditions you would have traded lesser base wages for...can you?
It aint about the base wage Dave as much as the unions would want you to think.
start to think win/win and you will see what I mean.
It is real...it is possible and it was happening.
Why have people forgotten the definition of the word choice?
