They also told IPO investors that they were going to make a $ 40m profit not a $40 m loss and didn't succeed on that very well

So they can talk the talk , can they walk the walk.

They lost contracts from BP and Shell already.

Last announcement mildly positive but they need to do a lot better than just get back some thing they had lost.
