I'm Ok with it at 23 cents (the last trading price) and they put the shares in escrow for a year.

They better not be getting options (as per the SPP)!

I would like to see our Chairman - Craig Readhead - state upfront whether he is going to subscribe for his entitlement. In previous SPPs, I've seen directors underwrite issue to a pre-announced limit (e.g. $200,000). It a fair and transparent way to do things. It can also signal to the small shareholders confidence in all those intangible things that don't/can't make it into the prospectus. I will be seriously annoyed if, after the fact, we find out Craig's oversubscribed and got a heap of shares on the cheap. He at least has the benefit of answers to many of the questions we can only speculate about (what the bondholders have said, what Deutsche's intentions might be, what Creat's overall attitude has been etc).

I suppose I can only dream though.
