So what's wrong with that?

Never liked the word "Dole".

Now they can say with pride, 'I am a public Servant"

I did an apprenticeship. I st year was 5 pound 19 shillings and 6 pence.

I was boarding with a Family till I earned more money.

Tradesman was getting 25 Pound then.

So I was living off 25% of Tradesman's wages.

Never gave it a second thought, just looking forward to Second year wages increase to 7 Pound something..

Work for the Dole, Great.

Even if they turn up and sit, they can't be surfing or in a cash job.
