Those who demand 'work from home' will for the most part have their future jobs eliminated.
Once a company can operate with 'work from home' employees, then can evolve into outsourcing those jobs to much cheaper over-cease locations.
Work from home is a post covid temporary situation that will be minimised over time. As this is minimised, demand for office space will resume
