Over time a two tiered wage system will develop as it should.
There are some jobs that can be done just as effectively from home. This avoids the wasted hours of commenting, road congestion, pollution, travel expense and clothing. It's a good thing. People will desire those jobs.
Other jobs requiring presence in the workplace will be less desirable and people will want to be paid more for them. Thats fair and logical
There is another category that needs a seperate solution. It's those with sinecures (public service positions, etc) which were always just a bludge. In the past these loafers had to turn up and hang about. With work from home loafers just get paid for nothing.
