Too many people equate being present at the workplace with getting work done.
I know many people who go to work, have a coffee, read their emails, go to meetings, chat with others , go to morning tea, argue with Hr, etc. They are bludgers.
Being at home or at work , they are bludgers, at least at home they are not a waste of space.
