    When BLK eventually do a CR for expansion, I hope they stay well clear of Hartleys to be lead manager for that. They generally want options and a small hand full of shares on top of the costs they charge to do the issue.

    This may be the norm though not sure. I'm no expert in what these companies do to do a CR.
