In this market anything can happen and to actually have people willing to buy shares is a bonus. One would think there won't be many people out there keen to give their hard earned for a dud in this market so the group will do what they can to with hold sp appreciation.

On the flip side if they want it higher they may request a group to push it up to a more equitable level and guarantee them the shares. Highly illegal but I am sure it goes on. Not suggesting it is here - purely hypothetical. Certainly seems to be being capped though.
