R0bboj, not saying its not achievable, lets just say, female leaves school after exams, 3 years at uni, comes out with nursing degree at approx 22 years of age.
Gets to a RN8 after 8 years now aged about 30 and that's without stopping and having children, it would be a bloody hard slog to become self funded for that individual.
