Imo Look at The Retail Sector eg Woolworths. They have been using a creep in effect with their fulltime employees conditions for the last two years, to Woolworths benefit.
Fulltime employees hours are now being treated as flexible as the casual's and partime employees with their starting and finishing times.
Every agreement(Woolworths) put in place has taken from its employees.
The full effect of Workchoices will be felt in an Economic slowdown or recession.
It will be open slather on low and middle income earners to benfit the High income earners.
We are in boom times but stop and think what would happen to workers in a slowdown...
