Just trying to get my head around this deal.
If I buy one ors share now at say 1c, then I get an early christmas present of .55 c cash and 2/5 of an ayc share.
Say ayc share is worth 2.5 c, then 2/5 of that = 1c. Add on the .55c in cash equates to 1.55c worth of cash and shares.
So over 50% gain in one month.
By my reckoning, the AYC sp would have to fall to 1c before this deal would create a loss.
