Say ayc share is worth 2.5 c, then 2/5 of that = 1c. Add on the .55c in cash equates to 1.55c worth of cash and shares.

By my reckoning, the AYC sp would have to fall to 1c before this deal would create a loss.

Thats what im trying to figure out, buy @ 1c ORS heads , with the cash return you pay virtually .45c for 2/5 AYC head. which equates to 1.1c for an ayc share, currently trading @ 2.4c ?? Sell @ even 2c make 90 % ???
