I guess XavierX2 raises some interesting questions of the true value of ORS to Gandel Metals/Abbotsleigh. Questions those holding may wish to explore at the upcoming AGMs.
Those of us who were AGS shareholders think our main asset was sold for a fraction of it's true worth. I'm not an accountant, so I'm not asserting anything, but for Abbotsleigh/GM, based on what we think was their buy in price, it appears the sale should lead to a substantial capital gains event. If they can use ORS's tax credits, the sale of B4M looks even better from a GM point of view.
We know there is at least one canny individual associated with Abbotsleigh/AGS/ORS who has the right background to know if it's possible to weave it all together.
If I was an ALK shareholder, I'd be a little nervous.
