Should get the "independent" expert report soon. Then a court case on the 17th Dec. Does anyone know if that is normal? It only appeared in the update. Will need 75% of non GM holders to be finally approved, so might we expect a positive ann before then? Or something good from AYC ? ..
We will probably (most likely) all be AYC shareholders after a de-list in Feb. And Gandel Metals will have 100% ownership of our WA tenement for a song (0.0055/ share) .. Hope the rumour from "laythebootsin" re inside knowledge of a massive nickel deposit near Kambalda is just that - a rumour, and that it has nothing to do with ORS's WA tenement. ..
Have just re-read XavierX2's generic process again .. and can't see that our illustrious leaders have missed a single step. "Pass or perish" - what choice do we have?
Still trying to figure out Twiggy's part in the AYC story. Think he's just one of the "mates" with his $2m "loan" at 12%; but could it be to block Gandel Metals? .. Ian Gandel is acknowledged in the last company presentation as a pending "resource investor" with cicra 25% holding in AYC following the privatisation of ORS.
And us? The shareholders ? Oh, we're just the dummies who take all the risks, finance their salaries and pay for the exploration .. only to have our original assets conjured away from us by the big end of town .. Doh !
