1) If this is our operation we will receive a stock announcement ounce they have done a report so the market can understand, no point putting out a report before investigating what caused the incident because you won't be able to explain what happened. 2) It might not be a problem with safety standards, humans do incredible stupid things sometimes and human error can occur if people are not following protocols. 3) We have only just recived the new equipment so it could have maybe been installed not correctly and something has caused this unfortunate problem. 4) Even with this bad news I wouldnt expect the plant to shut down for too long unless it was a serious equipment issue that has caused this. 5) We also employ a contractor to do all our heavy lifting on site, so it could be a contractor oversight and not freehils fault.
we will just need to wait and see if any announcement gets issued to the market. Sometimes they dont even have a market announcement it just comes up in the quarterly under fatalities and days shut down.
