Those jobs are renowned for being underpaid or late with pays coupled with the added insult of super not being paid for what is very hard work
after 8 years of copping that crap in construction, I can see why people won't go near those jobs, its the employers, not the people who are entirely to blame for this for creating those conditions in the first place
