Those who think this hoax is funny are gravely mistaken.
A hoax which effects any stock cannot be ignored or tolerated.
If it was the ASX would become dysfunctional and chaotic.
Tim Kelly is the Senior Investigator for Market Integrity Enforcement @ ASIC.
He was in charge of the Whitehaven Coal hoax
Both offences come under the 1041E Corporations Act.
To draw attention to the gravity of this offence (and counter the sniggers of the media and others involved in the manipulation of a child)shareholders generally (not just MEL) wishing to complain/protest should email Mr Kelly at ASIC.
