I'd like to see the "under-employed" figure which would include...

I'd like to see the "under-employed" figure which would include those working an hour a month, or living off of a redundancy package AND those who are skilled working lower payed, unskilled (or less skilled so to speak) jobs like all those migrants that scoot on over here as part of our "skilled migration" but would rather live in the city than regional areas where the "skills" are really required.
